TV AND FILM
Awarded the ITV Will Venters Memorial Prize for her documentary, 'Found in the Ice,' Amelia has created captivating documentaries and TV bulletins. Her latest work took her to Lenin Peak, a 7,134m mountain in the Pamir range of Kyrgyzstan, where she worked with the global brand, Montane.

FOUND IN THE ICE

RETURN TO THE ICE
The sequel to the award-winning 'Found In The Ice' takes viewers back to the haunting slopes of Lenin Peak - the 7,134m mountain that claimed 43 lives in one of history's deadliest mountaineering disasters.

Thirty-five years after the avalanche, and following the discovery of a climber's camera, journalist and filmmaker Amelia Cox returns to the site in search of truth, connection and closure.
BEYOND SURVIVAL
Driven by the memory of a legendary mountaineer, and inspired by the raw human desire to protect life at altitude, a British team of medics is launching the Slava Topol Project.

They will be embarking on a transformative expedition to build sustainable rescue and medical systems on Lenin Peak, a 7,134m mountain in the Pamir range of Kyrgyzstan.
FOUND IN THE ICE
Found in the Ice tells the story of one of the deadliest mountaineering disasters in history.

In 1990, a devastating avalanche claimed the lives of 43 climbers, and now, 35 years later, a camera has been found.

This documentary follows the journey to develop the film, which could reveal the climbers' last documented moments.
"I'VE WATCHED THE SHORT FILM BY AMELIA COX SO MANY TIMES AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT TO BE SHARED WITH THE WORLD!"

Waterloo Road star and The Lanks frontman Liam Scholes shared how Waterloo Road is not just telling authentic stories but also actively creating opportunities for new talent from diverse backgrounds.

His insights brought a fresh perspective to my radio package, which aimed to engage young listeners and spark conversations about accessibility in the creative industries.
